If you say "Viking Metal" to any metalhead, Sweden’s Amon Amarth are among (if not the first) bands they name. Their lyrics center around Scandanavian mythology, and they employ a melodic death metal style that wholeheartedly embraces power.

Entombed A.D. : Dead Dawn (2016)
Entombed pioneered the "death ‘n’ roll" style. When Alex Hellid left the band in 2013, the band’s original name could no longer be used, so the Petrov/Dahlstedt/Elgstrand/Brandt line-up added an "A.D." to the name and continued on.

Hammer Fight : Profound And Profane (2016)
Hailing from New Jersey, Hammer Fight refer to themselves as "a cross between Slayer, Motörhead, and beer." Their music evokes classic hard rock filtered through modern death/thrash metal.

Hevisaurus is a Finnish heavy metal band formed in 2009 when Mirka Rantanen decided to create a heavy metal band aimed at children. The band members typically wear dinosaur costumes and sing positive lyrics.
